Position	Qualification	Qualification
Technical Manager	– Age 35 and above (depending on experience). – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field). – More than 10 years of experience in the offshore industry. – Expertise in offshore systems and operations. – Strong leadership and management skills.
Technical Supervisor	– Age 30 and above. – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field). – Knowledge of offshore operations and equipment. – Requires offshore experience, technical expertise, and the ability to manage operations. – Offshore certifications (BOSIET, OPITO) will be considered an advantage.
Business Development and Commercial Executive	– Age 28 and above. – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. – Strong understanding of the offshore industry, market trends, and business strategy. – Offshore-specific knowledge such as contract law and negotiation skills. – Able to work under pressure and travel to various locations.
QSHE Officer (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental Officer)	– Age 25 and above.– Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health or a related field.– Safety certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), NEBOSH, or equivalent.– Background in environmental regulations and quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2015.– Experience in risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety standards.– Able to work under pressure and travel to various locations.– Experience in offshore will be considered an advantage.	– Age 25 and above. – Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health or a related field. – Safety certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), NEBOSH, or equivalent. – Background in environmental regulations and quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2015. – Experience in risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety standards. – Able to work under pressure and travel to various locations. – Experience in offshore will be considered an advantage.
